MakerFolio

MakerFolio is a one-person project. I've done my best to make it reliable and useful, but I can't promise it'll be perfect or work flawlessly in every situation. MakerFolio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You're using it as-is, and that's appreciated.

I can't guarantee the app will always be available or that every feature will stick around forever. Things may change as the app evolves. I'll do my best to be transparent about any significant changes.

I'm a solo developer, not a corporation. If something goes wrong with the app — data doesn't save, the app crashes, something unexpected happens — I'm not liable for any resulting losses. Please back up anything important and use the app accordingly. In no event shall Todd Haddaway's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for MakerFolio.

MakerFolio is a one-time purchase that lets you use the app on your Apple devices. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. For refunds, Apple handles those — I don't process payments directly.

MakerFolio — the name, logo, design, and code — was built by me, Todd Haddaway, and it's mine. Please don't copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer it without permission.

Your projects, photos, notes, and everything you create in the app are completely yours. I have no claim to any of it.

By using MakerFolio, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.

By downloading MakerFolio, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MakerFolio after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. I'll always update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
