Hi, I'm Todd Haddaway, the solo developer behind MakerFolio. Your privacy is important to me, so I'll keep this simple and honest: MakerFolio is just an app to help you document your projects. I have no interest in your data — and frankly, I'm not even set up to collect it.

🚫 No Personal Data Collected

I don't collect any personal information. Everything you create in MakerFolio — your projects, photos, notes — stays on your device. I never see any of it, and I have no way to access it.

👁️ No User Tracking

I don't track you. There's no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, no third-party code watching what you tap. You're just using an app.

📊 No Analytics

I don't collect crash reports, usage data, or any other telemetry. If you run into any issues, please reach out — your feedback directly helps me improve the app.

📢 No Advertising

There are no ads in MakerFolio and I don't share anything with advertising networks or marketing services. None. Zero.

🛒 App Purchase

MakerFolio is a one-time purchase that gives you full, unlimited access to every feature — there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. I never see or touch your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how they handle that side of things.

🌍 California & EU Users

MakerFolio collects no personal data whatsoever, so there is nothing to request, delete, or opt out of. CCPA and GDPR rights are fully satisfied by the simple fact that no data is collected in the first place.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

If I ever update this policy, I'll update the effective date at the top of this page. I recommend checking back occasionally, though I don't anticipate this changing — the app is designed to collect nothing, and I intend to keep it that way.
